North Middle School

Dear North Middle School Community,

I am honored and grateful to be joining the North Middle School community as your new principal.
With 19 years in education, including roles as a math teacher, senior team lead, assistant principal, and principal resident in Denver Public Schools, I bring experience and passion for student success. I hold a bachelor’s in secondary education from New Mexico State University and a master’s in educational leadership from the University of Colorado Denver.
Grounded in my core values of equity, collaboration, curiosity, and joy, I am deeply committed to serving the North community. Every day, I will strive to foster authentic relationships, promote collaboration, and infuse joy into our learning environment.
I believe in the potential of every student and am dedicated to ensuring that each student's academic needs are met through effective instruction and opportunities to engage with rigorous content. Our staff will focus on developing students as individuals and helping them explore their passions, contribute to their community, and celebrate our diversity.
I am committed to fostering equity and creating excellent conditions for teaching and learning for all and welcome any feedback you may have along the way. I look forward to embarking on this journey together and making a positive impact on the lives of our students.
