Hello! My name is Bonnie Knechtel, and I'm thrilled to say this is my 6th year teaching at North. I grew up in Washington State, the home of rainy days, and graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Seattle Pacific University, with a minor in Elementary Education and received my Special Education endorsement from the University of Denver. I love teaching middle school students, especially watching them grow in their abilities. I live in Brighton with my daughter and son-in-law, and enjoy reading, watching movies, camping, raising plants, and spending time with my family, especially the grandkids!
