I have been teaching middle school for 9 years and I love it! The energy in middle school is just next level and I’m here for it. I am so thrilled and excited to be teaching Creative Writing at North Middle School this school year.
A little bit more about me, I am originally from the “Summer Capital” of the Philippines, Baguio. I moved to New Mexico when I was 16 and lived there up until over a year ago when I moved here to Aurora, Colorado. I taught English Language Arts in Albuquerque, NM for about 8 years and I can truly say that reading and writing is where it's at. It’s the most fun subject to teach. So many possibilities!
Although I miss the New Mexican green chile, I love the beautiful scenery and the wonderful people here in Aurora. I can’t wait to be part of the North Middle School community!
