Mission Statement
Mission Statement:
The mission of the North Middle School Counseling Team is to support the academic, social-emotional, and college and career development of all students through a comprehensive and inclusive counseling program. We are committed to fostering a safe and supportive environment rooted in the core values of Be Kind, Work Hard, and Seek Success, where every student is empowered to grow, learn, and thrive.
Guided by our school’s learner profile—Effective Communication, Inquirer, Character, Team Player, and Perseverance—we work collaboratively with students, families, and staff to build a positive school community. Our goal is to prepare students not only for high school and beyond, but to become resilient, compassionate, and contributing members of society.
We believe every student has the potential to succeed, and we are dedicated to helping them discover their strengths, overcome challenges, and pursue a future full of purpose and possibility.
